2. Educational Purpose Disclaimer

All interactive challenges, simulated logic gates, assembly examples, and computer science lessons are provided for educational and illustrative purposes. While we strive for absolute technical rigor, simulations may simplify low-level hardware constraints to emphasize foundational mental models.

3. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to disrupt the platform, attempt unauthorized access, flood APIs with automated abuse, reverse-engineer server internals, or bypass rate-limiting controls.

4. Intellectual Property & Hand-Crafted Content

All original comic characters (Bit, Byte, Bugsy), visual layouts, illustrations, curriculum progressions, and design assets are the exclusive property of PlayCS. Commercial redistribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Account Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or engage in malicious activity. Users may permanently delete their own accounts and progress at any time through their Settings page.
